David is an older gentleman, with a big heart and an easygoing personality. This sweet coexister gets along beautifully with other dogs and is happiest simply being near his people. He enjoys following you around the house, watching TV together, and snoozing on a comfy bed with a blanket. David is potty and crate trained, knows sit, down, and paw, and walks nicely on leash. He has blossomed into a loving companion who greets his people with tail wags, head nudges, and plenty of affection. David is truly one of those wonderfully easy dogs who is happy just to be part of the family.

Golden Years Companion: Because senior pets deserve all the love in the world, this animal’s adoption fee is completely WAIVED! We never want an adoption fee to stand in the way of a senior dog enjoying their golden years surrounded by care and comfort.

All adoptable pets are spayed/neutered (or scheduled), vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to go home today! No pre-application or appointment needed—just bring a valid ID and walk in. Our adoption fees are among the lowest in Cincinnati!

To meet our animals, visit our Northside shelters any day from 1–6pm. If listed as foster, email foster@cincycare.org to schedule a meet and greet. Adopting an adult dog with resident dogs or kids at home? Bring them along to ensure it’s a perfect match.
