If you’ve ever wished your giant, goofy dog could stay a puppy forever… meet Fernando! This big, lovable boy is full-grown, but his spirit is pure puppy: playful, curious, eager to learn, and absolutely devoted to his people. Fernando wants to be part of everything you do, whether that’s folding laundry, watching TV, or running errands. He’s happiest right by your side, helping with whatever “important task” he thinks you’re working on.

He loves training and is already learning “gentle,” “drop,” “leave it,” “fetch,” and “stay.” His clumsy, oversized-puppy moments are part of his charm, and he’s making wonderful progress with taking treats more softly and practicing good manners.

Fernando would enjoy a backyard to stretch his legs in—but it isn’t a requirement. He’s a superstar in the car and will happily be your road-trip buddy. When it comes to other animals, he’s a bit hit-or-miss, so he’s looking for a home where he can be the only pet.
