What We Know About Alaska
Alaska is a quiet little sweetheart with a gentle soul and the softest way of loving you. She may be a bit shy at first, but give her a little time and she’ll be resting her head on your chest for cuddles like she’s known you forever. She loves long walks, sniffing every interesting thing along the trail, and riding calmly in the car with the wind in her face.

Alaska is easy on leash, appears potty trained, takes treats gently, and knows a few commands too. Once she feels comfortable, her playful and affectionate side starts to shine, making her the perfect mix of adventurous hiking buddy and cozy cuddle companion.

All adoptable pets are spayed/neutered (or scheduled), vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to go home today! No pre-application or appointment needed—just bring a valid ID and walk in. Our adoption fees are among the lowest in Cincinnati!

To meet our animals, visit our Northside shelters any day from 1–6pm. If listed as foster, email foster@cincycare.org to schedule a meet and greet. Adopting an adult dog with resident dogs or kids at home? Bring them along to ensure it’s a perfect match.

About Us: Cincinnati Animal CARE proudly serves Hamilton County’s humane society needs, dog warden, and animal control services. We help keep people and pets together and connect strays with future families.
