Louie is the total package: sweet, smart, and seriously snuggly. Since settling into foster care, his personality has blossomed, and he's become a professional cuddle bug who wants nothing more than to be by your side.

He's doing great with his house manners and already knows commands like "sit" and "place." Louie loves meeting new people, makes friends wherever he goes, and has done well with other dogs, happily sharing toys, naps, and polite greetings.
